Studio Amenities included with Rental:
• Parking, 4-5 available spots directly in front of building, several other spaces in vicinity.
• 5500 Sq. Ft. of finished studio space, available unfinished space include stairwells, freight elevator, outside location on property.
• Various “sets” including couches, beds, cabinets, assorted props. (Please bring your own bedding if you plan on shooting bedroom sets, none will be supplied.)
• Secured Changing area, with storage lockers.
• Shower, restroom, Make-Up area with 3 chairs
• AM/FM Stereo, CD changer, Ipod Connector. Speaker system is wired throughout the studio.
• Wi-Fi Internet access

Upthree studio is available for hourly, daily, and multiple day shoots. Rental is available:

As a working studio for 2 full time photographers, availability is often limited. Once you have contacted us via email or phone, we will confirm availability and arrange for a deposit. All rentals must have a Rental Agreement form completed and signed prior to rental.
Studio rental is made available to photographers, videographers and clients. Any "group shoots", promo events, or casting calls will be decided upon on a case by case basis. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.
All rentals will be granted a half -hour of time for set-up/break-down. This is total time regardless of whether it is used prior to the shoot or after, it is still a half-hour. Should you need more set-up/breakdown time you may purchase up to an hour at 50% of the rental stated rate.
• Hourly Rentals - There is a two hour minimum for hourly rentals. Any overages will be billed at 25% above the standard rate, so we encourage you to book accordingly.
• Daily Rentals - Half day rentals are up to 4 hour blocks of time, Full day rentals are up to 8 hour blocks of time. There are no overages for daily rentals. Should you exceed your time you will need to reschedule accordingly.
• Weekend Rentals - There are no hourly rentals on weekends. Only half-day and full-day rentals will be made available on Saturday and Sunday.
• Multiple Day Rentals - It is not often that we can accommodate blocks of time longer than 2 days. Please inquire as to availability and rates.
