Up Three Studio is NorthEast Ohio's premiere studio rental facility. Offering a combined 5,500 sq. feet of rent-able studio space. Available for photo, video, and select event rental, Up Three Studio is a warm and open environment that is sure to adapt to even your most challenging projects.

The studio is currently available:
Monday - Friday  9am -9pm
Saturday - Sunday  10am -7pm

Features Include:

• Parking, 4-5 available spots directly in front of building, several other spaces in vicinity.
• 5500 Sq. Ft. of finished studio space, available unfinished space include stairwells, freight elevator, outside location on property.
• Various “sets” including couches, beds, cabinets, assorted props. (Please bring your own bedding if you plan on shooting bedroom sets, none will be supplied.)
• Secured Changing area, with storage lockers.
• Shower, restroom, Make-Up area with 3 chairs
• AM/FM Stereo, CD changer, Ipod Connector. Speaker system is wired throughout the studio.
• Wi-Fi Internet access
• Coffee Maker, Microwave, Refrigerator
